Actual salary range: £7,946 - £11,283 (FTE £9,255 - £13,141) (Dependent on age 16-20).

In the role of Attendance Monitor Apprentice, you’ll predominantly be based at Huddersfield and your focus will be on contacting students to discuss their non-attendance and then encourage the students to attend. Following on from this the role will also include supporting students in getting to their classroom Your key responsibilities will be to report to curriculum staff and your apprenticeship mentor with the results of your attendance monitoring. The reporting of data will be supported by the Curriculum Manager from one of the areas of curriculum you will be supporting. Ideally, you’ll have an excellent work ethic and communication skills and demonstrable experience in working with others, and in a team. It’s important that you’re able to read and understand reports and support staff to help improve attendance, and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
