Senior Finance Officer

We are seeking to appoint an organised and hands-on individual to joint our busy Finance team based at Uxbridge Campus. In this role, you would maintain the integrity of the purchase ledger of the College, ensuring all accounts are reconciled appropriately to supplier statements, suppliers BACS payment runs and other payments are adhered to strict deadlines. You will also supervise the Accounts Payable Officer and assist them in their duties.

You will need to have a minimum of 3 years of purchase ledger experience, and have strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent communication and IT skills, together with good attention to detail are also essential requirements. You will need to be a good team player, to be able to prioritise efficiently and effectively in order to operate in our fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
