Salary - including London Weighting , 27+ days holiday entitlement plus public/bank holidays.

The Project Search Work Training Programme provides on-site practical work training at Northwick Park Hospital/Central Middlesex Hospital for young adults with special educational needs. The majority of participants in the programme nationally go on to paid work, and develop transferable skills, knowledge and attitudes in readiness for paid employment.

Based at Northwick Park Hospital, the Project Search Instructor will lead and manage students with a variety of SEN needs and deliver the College's Project Search programme. You will have overall responsibility to plan, develop, co-ordinate, and deliver a holistic curriculum programme. Working closely with the job coaches, you will ensure trainees are able develop and progress their skills on all aspects of the programme.  

You will need to possess a degree or relevant professional qualification and have experience of working with SEN students in an educational setting. You will have the ability to plan and develop an engaging curriculum for learners with a broad range of complex needs, and have a good understanding of employability skills. A confident communicator, able to build good working relationships with students and the team, you will also have the ability to deliver dynamic, student-centred sessions. You will also be well organised with good administrative and IT skills.
