Tutor/Assessor - Business Administration

We are seeking to appoint a highly professional and experienced Business Administration Tutor / Assessor to deliver high quality training and assessment to learners within the Business Administration sector i.e. Apprenticeships in Business Administration up to Level 4. Skills and knowledge required in business communication, budget and resource management, project management, problem solving, change management, business law and business innovation.  Applicants will need to demonstrate this working knowledge in the application form. Experience in working within Medical or Legal Administration sectors would be highly desirable, to meet the demands of our stakeholders. 

The successful candidate will hold a Level 4 qualification or equivalent experience in Business and Administration or Management, or higher.  A TAQA assessor award or willing to work towards would be desirable. Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) grade C or above literacy & numeracy qualification is essential for this post.

Applications may be submitted in Welsh and will be treated no less favourably than applications submitted in English. Appointments will normally be made to the bottom of the salary scale with annual increments on 1st August each year (subject to a start date before 1st February).

Rydym yn chwilio am Hyfforddwr Gweinyddu Busnes proffesiynol a phrofiadol i ddarparu hyfforddiant ac asesiadau o ansawdd uchel i ddysgwyr yn y sector Gweinyddu Busnes e.e Prentisiaid Gweinyddu Busnes, Myfyrwyr Lefel 4 ac ati. Bydd gofyn i ymgeiswyr feddu ar y sgiliau a’r wybodaeth sydd eu hangen i reoli cyllidebau ac adnoddau, rheoli prosiectau, datrys problemau a rheoli newid. Bydd gofyn i ymgeiswyr feddu hefyd ar wybodaeth ynghylch cyfathrebu busnes, cyfraith busnes ac arloesi busnes. Bydd angen i ymgeiswyr ddangos y wybodaeth ymarferol hon ar eu ffurflenni cais. Byddai meddu ar brofiad o weithio o fewn y sector Gweinyddu Meddygol neu Gyfreithiol yn ddymunol iawn, er mwyn diwallu gofynion ein rhanddeiliaid.

Bydd gan yr ymgeisydd llwyddiannus gymhwyster Lefel 4 (neu uwch) neu brofiad ym maes Busnes a Gweinyddu neu Reoli. Byddai meddu ar ddyfarniad Asesu TAQA neu barodrwydd i sicrhau un yn ddymunol. Mae cymhwyster  Lefel 2 (TGAU neu’r cyfwerth) Gradd C neu uwch mewn llythrennedd a rhifedd yn hanfodol ar gyfer y swydd hon.
