Contract: Fixed Term for 12 months – Full Time

Nottingham College is one of the largest further education colleges in the country creating opportunities for employment and progression to higher education for the people of Nottingham and Nottinghamshire, raising their prosperity and that of the local economy.

Our Automotive Team are looking for an enthusiastic and caring person to take on this important role as Achievement Coach. You will have an understanding of the needs of further education students and the barriers they face in achieving their dreams. You will be expected to work closely with our Skills Trainers and Compliance Administration team and therefore require excellent communication skills. You will have a vital role in the pastoral support of our learners and a key part of this will be monitoring attendance and conducting reviews with employers and apprentices at their place of work and therefore you will be required to have a full UK drivers licence. You may also be required to provide 1-1 targeted support for our vulnerable learners.
