Personal Development Coordinator

Working closely the head of Student Services and Heads of Faculty you will help to plan a range of sector specific activities throughout the year, supporting the personal development plans of out students.

With a positive and friendly attitude you will help create and maintain a healthy, safe and welcoming atmosphere with full regard to the diverse, multicultural multi-faith nature of the college community.

Duties and Purpose

  • To plan and implement the sector related personal development programme across all 16-18 students in all faculties.
  • To provide a range of activities for the personal development+ programme including a range of sports, clubs, societies and skill based programmes.
  • To arrange and promote whole college events including guest speakers, projects, celebrations, exhibitions and the running of cross college competitions.
  • Linking with community opportunities to widen the offer for students to raise student participation in physical activity and reduce the drop out of young people from sport.
