Creative Lead - Marketing
We have an exciting opportunity for a Creative Lead within our Marketing team at Bridgend College! You will be passionate about the college’s brand and our positioning and outputs, both externally and internally. You will lead on the college’s brand outputs and presence right across all aspects of digital and print, through innovative and highly creative design concepts which effectively engage audiences and create extraordinary moments for people.
- Lead on the creative concept and design management of new campaigns and large project proposals
- Lead on digital content creation built for different market segments and audiences (e.g FE, HE, Apprenticeship, employers)
- Lead on the development of organic reach and engagement via digital channels, through innovative content creation
- Manage and support a marketing apprentice
- Manage the college’s digital asset library, including all photography and artwork
