WHAT WE DO

The ITSS team provide an IT shared service to the Luminate Education Group. We're looking for an individual to join our IT service Desk team providing initial IT support to our staff and students.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Provide 1st line customer support within the ITSS Service Desk. All incidents and requests are recorded and resolved in line with department service level standards.
  • Technical “hands on” support for the provision of 2nd line support.
  • Support on maintaining, testing and configuring hardware, operating systems and software in relation to Campus desktops, mobile computers, mobile telephone handsets and all multimedia, classroom technology and assistive technology equipment in line with department service level standards.
  • Act as an internal point of escalation for technical issues within the Service Desk Team and co- ordinate communication with other ITSS teams.

YOUR PROFILE

​Experience of customer support in an IT environment is required with knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Windows software and applications alongside Google Apps.
