WHAT WE DO 

The Foundation Studies department is seeking to appoint a skilled, creative and enthusiastic Progression Coordinator who is able to take a cohort of student with complex SEND needs and facilitate the implementation of specialist support, run EHCP reviews and line manage LSA. We are looking for someone with a structured and methodical approach and keen to take the lead in the development of outcomes children with SEND who may be non-verbal and/or exhibiting behavioral challenges.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead EHCP reviews.
  • Facilitate the implementation of specialist support.
  • Liaise and be a key contact for external stakeholders for identified cohorts of learners.
  • Work within curriculum strands to build relationships and ensure quality TLA and support.

YOUR PROFILE 

You will have:

  • Methodical approach.
  • Substantial experience of working within a SEND setting.
  • Experience and knowledge around EHCP and government legislation.
