The Performance and Operations Co-ordinator role has diverse responsibilities, including structuring and communicating the work of the directorate and leading innovative projects which focus on NEET engagement, and strategic priorities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Work with the cross College Events & Projects team to lead and assist with a range of Projects across the Directorate these include NEET engagement, RE: and other strategic projects throughout the year 
  • The co-ordination of quarterly reporting of performance and annual business planning for Events, Enterprise & Employability, Supported Engagement, RE: and the Enterprise & Engagement Directorate 
  • Prepare, analyse and utilise a range of information and data to produce reports which shape recommendations and strategies for improvement consistent with our values
  • Provide a central focus for the Enterprise & Engagement directorate, planning and co-ordinating staff training and development, activities for staff engagement and directorate wide meetings and events
  • Co-ordinate communications and marketing activity for the directorate
  • Work closely with the Deputy Director and Head of Department to ensure the smooth running of the directorate and the communication both internally and externally

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects in parallel and to deliver projects within tight and changing requirements and deadlines 
  • Knowledge and experience of data management, analysis and reporting
  • Excellent interpersonal and professional communication skills
  • Experience of working and promoting collaboration in complex organisations
  • Experience of organising and coordinating training and events/activities
