WBL Trainer - Brickwork

Full Time (37 hours) - Permanent

You will plan, develop, deliver, assess, and evaluate up to Level 3 in appropriate qualifications i.e. BricklayingYou will deliver inspirational training and identify and actively seek opportunities to work with new employers to secure the continued growth of Bridgend College's programmes.

Educated to a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standard in brickwork Occupations. You can demonstrate an extensive track record of practical Brickwork experience, skills and knowledge.You will have a level 3 TAQA Assessor qualification or level 4 IQA qualification, and in addition a teaching qualification is desirable. With the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population, you will be able to motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds.
