WBL Trainer - Brickwork

Full Time (37 hours) - Permanent

You will plan, develop, deliver, assess, and evaluate up to Level 3 in appropriate qualifications i.e. Bricklaying. You will deliver inspirational training and identify and actively seek opportunities to work with new employers to secure the continued growth of Bridgend College's programmes.

Educated to a minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standard in brickwork Occupations. You can demonstrate an extensive track record of practical Brickwork experience, skills and knowledge.You will have a level 3 TAQA Assessor qualification or level 4 IQA qualification, and in addition a teaching qualification is desirable. With the ability to relate to a wide and diverse student population, you will be able to motivate learners of all ages and backgrounds.
