A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Inclusion to join our team.  We are an ambitious and dynamic further education group, based in Yorkshire, with Colleges in Castleford, Selby and Wakefield.  We are highly inclusive and are passionate about our learners - they are at the heart of everything we do.

About the department:

Our ‘FLEX’ entry-level curriculum has been graded as Outstanding for several years. All the programmes aim to help learners progress into independent living, further education and training or employment, and involve a mix of vocational study, basic English, Maths and IT and personal and social development. The courses offer tutorials, enrichment opportunities, and advice and guidance on the future as learner confidence grows.

About the role:

As Head of Inclusion, you’ll have the opportunity to lead and improve on this already successful provision, managing student recruitment, retention, achievement and progression, and further developing our inclusive curriculum. You will also lead the Additional Learning Support service across the Group, ensuring that all learners with learning difficulties and disabilities receive the support they need to achieve their learning goals.
