Marketing Manager

We have a great opportunity based at our Bedford campus for a Marketing Manager to become a key member of our Marketing department.

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Creating, developing and delivering attraction and conversion marketing plan and activities for the brands you are responsible for to successfully achieve the objectives and recruitment targets set.
  • Providing an agency style service to key stakeholders and curriculum teams to ensure coherent connection and joint working in achieving objectives.
  • Leading and managing the staff you are responsible for to successfully achieve marketing and wider business objectives of The Bedford College Group.

Our ideal candidates will have experience of managing, supervising or training others and at least three years’ experience of developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns that have measurable impact, alongside the following qualifications:

  • Degree in a related subject such as business or marketing, or equivalent level professional marketing qualifications.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD).

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services

  • 37hours per week (1.0 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
  • 27 days per annum (plus public holidays), pro rata for part-time
