You should be an experienced music business educator with specialist expertise in engaging young people and adults from diverse backgrounds in learning and cultural participation. The Music Business course enjoys an excellent reputation, achieving consistently high satisfaction scores for NSS, a vibrant guest speaker programme, collaboration with students in Popular Music, Audio Engineering and Creative Industries and opportunities for students for placement and vocational learning.

We are specifically looking for candidates to have knowledge and expertise in the most of the following areas: live and recorded music sectors; contemporary music marketing theory, techniques and distribution; music publishing and sync licensing; experience of global music market infrastructure

You will have extensive experience of delivering similar programmes to the highest standards, and the skills to inspire/innovate, help develop and enhance our relationships with industry, key stakeholders and our wider communities. We can offer you the opportunity to work in a creative and invigorating environment, as an essential part of a dynamic, skilled and successful team across our entire Creative Industries department and access to various staff development opportunities.
