Luminate Education Group are recruiting for an Employee Relations Advisor on a fixed term basis for 12 months initially.

.Role and Responsibilities

This role will work alongside other ER Advisors and Senior HR Business Partners to support a variety of case work - including performance management, conduct, sickness absence, restructures, disciplinaries and grievances.

Skills and Experience

The role requires an individual who can listen effectively, build rapport, work in a calm and diligent manner and has employment law knowledge. This is an advisory role, working alongside managers, employees and trade union colleagues, to help with early conflict resolution and the maintenance of processes in line with relevant policies.

About the team

The HR/OD function provides a People service across the whole of the Luminate Education Group. This covers the full employee life-cycle and looks at ways to design and embed an inclusive culture, as well as high quality training and development opportunities.
