Over recent years or student support team has seen significant investment which has led to the need to establish a management infrastructure to lead the team and facilitate future developments.


​You will engage in a range of activities associated with the leading and development of a student support team. In addition to managing staff, you will engage in activities to review and develop the provision, taking into consideration developments in the field. To do this you will participate in cross education group initiatives and committees and will also engage in research and development activities to support the development of student support mechanisms.


  • You will be a professional who has experience of managing staff and providing support for students.
  • You will have developed effective communication and negotiation skills which have enabled you to ensure that you are productive and support others to achieve their targets.
  • You will have a passion for learning and for ensuring that students are supported to achieve their potential.
  • You will be a professional who adopts a restorative approach to communication which creates a positive environment for all.
