Trainer Assessor Business Admin / Customer Services 80%

We are seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team to teach, train and assess across our apprenticeship provision within the curriculum area of Business Administration and Customer Service delivering Level 2 and 3 apprenticeship programmes.

The successful applicant must have experience gained from working within a business environment and should, ideally, have previous teaching, training and assessing experience. You will also need to have a keen eye for detail, be proactive and enthusiastic, whilst being empathetic to the needs of apprenticeship learners.

You must be passionate about education and have a keen desire to support learners to become qualified professionals in their field, you must be self-motivated and committed to ensuring all learners maximise their potential and achieve timely success.

Excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team to be fully committed to working with young people.

There will be a need to work flexibly and travel to employer sites, therefore, a full driving licence is required.

Being a qualified assessor holding an A1 or equivalent and experience working within the education sector monitoring apprentice progress will be an advantage.
