Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

As the HR Advisor (Data and Reporting) you will have two key focuses

  • To ensure the ongoing development and improvements of systems used by the HR and OD department and the payroll team so that they are utilised to the fullest extent;  and
  • To provide specialist analytical support across the HR and OD department with a particular focus in the areas of reward, (including pay and job evaluation), equality, diversity and inclusion (including equality monitoring, gender pay gap analysis, Athena SWAN and other opportunities identified), business partnering (including organisational design, business case development, management information and attendance management) and project delivery (design, development and implementation).

This role is crucial in driving forward an excellent operational service which is data led and supports the ongoing development of the College as a whole.

The ideal candidate will have experience in using and developing systems, ideally HR systems, including writing system reports and drafting management information based on significant data analysis.  They must have knowledge of system development and good data protection knowledge.
