The Role

This role sits within the Student Services Directorate of Nottingham College, and you will work collaboratively with cross college departments and the directorates various facets such as Careers Advisers, Student Wellbeing, Student safeguarding and Additional learning support teams to provide a warm welcome to college campuses, face to face and over the telephone. This important role will ensure that all visitors to the college receive an outstanding customer service, signposting to relevant solutions whilst providing outstanding administrative services to support the wider student services department.

About You

Do you have experience working in a complex and diverse student/customer focused environment?

You should have a confident outgoing personality and ability to provide an excellent welcoming service to support students to navigate the college and signpost to more specialist teams as required. You will work in close collaboration with Student Advisors and other Student Services teams to give students the best possible experience throughout their student journey at Nottingham College. You will also welcome a range of stakeholders and visitors to the college ensuring that their visit runs smoothly and safely.

You will utilise your excellent administration skills whilst working collaboratively with a range of other professional services, particularly security, estates services, the wider

student services team and curriculum colleagues to ensure the service provided is outstanding and meets the needs of all of its diverse customers.
