Head Of South Yorkshire Institute of Technology

We are looking for a Head of South Yorkshire Institute of Technology.  The primary function will be to coordinate the delivery of the functions required to establish and then operate the Institute of Technology including employer engagement, marketing, curriculum, capital projects and Department of Education requirements.

You will support appropriate governance and communication structures and support the effective development and monitoring of the SY IOT in line with the Department for Education (DfE) contractual requirements.

You will develop effective relationships with all SY IOT partners, providing appropriate support to enable the SY IOT is able to fulfil its obligations in accordance with the DfE Capital Funding Agreement.

As part of the role, you must acquire a comprehensive knowledge of the institute. You will be required to flexible, responsive, and proactive to meet the Institutes changing needs.

You will be the primary contract for the IOT and provide proactive diary and management, confidential support and prioritising business to ensure that the Institute offers the highest quality of service.

The role will involve aspects of Operational Management, Administrative support, and Liaison and Networking.

You will have previous experience in project management, and experience of budget and financial management including capital. The ability to provide excellent customer service along with report writing and data collection is essential.
