HP Lecturer Supported Learning

About the role:

This is a teaching role within the area of Supported Learning.

In this teaching role, you will be expected to deliver Employability, Working Towards Independence, Personal Social and Development qualifications as well as English and Maths qualifications as part of full-time 16-19 Study programmes delivery. The role also expects teachers to plan and deliver and a variety of accredited and non-accredited qualifications as part of our flexible and responsive part-time Lifelong Learning provision for adults. The role has a significant element of pastoral support as well as inspiring learner participation in a diverse range of enrichment activities

About you:

You will be a qualified and highly motivated professional with a comprehensive knowledge of learners with SEND ready to teach Entry Level students in our Supported Learning department.

You will be aspirational, innovative, enthusiastic and an outstanding role model for this SEND cohort of learners.

If successful you will be responsible for teaching, learning and assessment across a variety of Independence, Employability and Pathway to Vocational Studies programmes.
