Evening Learner Services Receptionists

Dudley College of Technology is one of the most successful further education colleges in the UK, providing a wide range of education and training programmes across the West Midlands. We are looking to appoint two experienced Receptionists to join our Learner Services team in operating our evening function.  The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for students with advice and guidance queries.  A key aspect of this role is the one-stop enrolment functions for future students.  Excellent customer service skills, the ability to deal with a busy environment and the willingness to be flexible are essential.
