Admissions Team Leader (Curriculum Support Team)

DN Colleges Group is looking to employ a Team Leader for the Admissions Team within the Curriculum Support department. The role will be primarily based at either the Doncaster College or North Lindsey College campus, with a requirement to also work across sites, overseeing a critical cross-college function.

The successful candidate will perform a key role in leading and managing a high-performing administrative team, whose duties include the administration activities supporting the recruitment processes for our further education students – these include capturing applications received into college systems and subsequently recording enrolments, and working with support teams and curriculum areas to undertake a wide range of administrative-related duties, including maintenance of student records beyond the initial applications and enrolment stages, such as transfers of course, withdrawals; to deliver a professional and customer-focussed service to internal and external customers and students; developing, maintaining and transforming business operations in the area; delivering training in processes associated with the assigned role.

The ability to work flexibly, to tight deadlines, to be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment and also to handle information and resolve issues in a methodical, intelligent and accurate manner are essential. Experience of leading and managing staff is critical, along with a proven track record in general administrative processes. Relevant experience of working in an educational environment would be an advantage, particularly with regard to admissions/applications/enrolment-related processes. The successful candidate must be computer literate.
