We have an exciting opportunity for a Sixth Form Apprentice to join our High Pavement Administration team on a fixed term basis. This role would suit someone with a passionate interest in office based administration and looking to commit towards a career within this field.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has great attention to detail, are organised, passionate and have an interest in working with people. In this role, you will have a fantastic platform on which to develop or build your sixth form and educational knowledge in addition to the transferable skills you will gain through hands on work experience. We are looking for someone who is confident in their IT skills, a willingness to learn, a good communicator, and with a calm approach to working in a busy environment.

In return, the College will commit to providing you with 20% off-the-job training to complete your studies, enabling you undertake the Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration.

During your apprenticeship you will be working within the High Pavement Sixth Form supporting our Senior Faculty Administrator, exposing you to general educational administrative tasks supporting lecturers, pastoral tutors, management, front of house, students, parents and other stakeholders.

You will provide first line support and guidance to a broad range of service users via email, telephone, and digital face to face meetings.

Subject to successful completion of the apprenticeship and satisfactory performance, this opportunity will possibly lead to permanent employment within our busy city-based thriving Sixth Form centre.
