Reporting directly to the Deputy Principal for Curriculum, Quality and Student Experience. This is a crucial role providing outstanding strategic leadership for all aspects of the development, management and delivery of a rapidly improving curriculum, as well as ensuring a high quality student experience and exceptional outcomes.

The post holder will be responsible and accountable for the design and delivery of a comprehensive curriculum offer, which responds to local and regional market demands and skills priorities, providing clear progression routes into further and higher education, apprenticeships and employment. The post holder will directly line manage Faculty Area Managers and be accountable for delivering agreed outcomes within budgets.

We need a self-motivated and dedicated leader to fulfil this role. The ideal candidate will have experience of leading a varied curriculum and proven track record of delivering high quality results. You will be skilled in leading a diverse team of staff and used to working with support services to build sustainable relationships and improve outcomes for students. You will be a strong communicator with a collaborative style and above all be committed to the highest standards, inspiring others to achieve the best results.
