About the role 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Coach to deliver and support the implementation of the Group personal development, behaviour & attitudes programme.  You will work with individual students and groups and be responsible for reviewing and monitoring against SMART targets, ensuring students reach their full potential. 

We have 2 positions available at Doncaster College 38 weeks per year

One Full time - 36.5 hours per week - actual salary £20,328 - £22,001 per annum

One 30 hours per week actual salary £16,708 - £18,083 per annum

What we expect from you 

The role will be working closely with a variety of different learners on vocational courses.  You will need to possess a relevant guidance or teaching qualification, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate and inspire, high levels of organisational and planning skills. This is term time only.
