This role is an opportunity to shape services for our students, to give them the best possible experience whilst at the College. The successful candidate will work as part of the customer support team coordinating and organising a team of Learning Support Assistants and their caseloads. You will lead a small team on specific campuses to ensure students are assessed and have the appropriate support in place to allow them to fulfil their potential and achieve in their studies.

Contract: 37 hours per week, fixed term until August 2023

This is a temporary position until the start of the new academic year and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next steps and gain new skills to enhance their future career prospects.

Working with staff and partners, you will ensure that processes and procedures are well-known and adhered to, and action plans are developed to ensure students progression in their studies.
