ALN Transition and Review Lead

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Bridgend College for a ALN Transition and Review Lead, based within the Additional Learning Needs Support Team.

The main purpose of this role is to play a key role in ensuring the successful transition of pupils with additional learning needs into college. This will involve developing meaningful relationships with prospective learners, their families and schools, which will contribute to a clear understanding of individual needs in order to plan and provide effective support.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working with young people and families, young people with Additional Learning Needs and Disability, and understanding their needs. They will also have experience of multi-agency liaison and working within the FE/HE sector or education sector and hold relevant ALN CPD/related qualifications.
