Contract: Fixed Term for till July 2023, Part time - Wednesday to Friday

The main purpose of this role is to co-ordinate the work carried out in the Kia UK Training Centre. The successful candidate will be expected to liaise with both network dealership staff and Kia employees as they support the Kia UK dealer network in booking/completing training requirements as outlined in the current training programme. This will involve high levels of communication and effective time management skills, as well as effective organisation skills.

You will be required to manage inbound enquiries through telephone/email and make outbound calls to promote course participation and follow-up activities as you highlight the benefits of both the Technical and Non-Technical Curricula to dealer staff. Administration duties will include collation of dealer training reports, booking training courses, arranging materials, composing joining instructions, ensuring our Learning Management System (LMS) is correctly updated with dealer details and course schedules and that training programs are run at optimum attendance levels.

In addition, you will also be required to welcome delegates who arrive for training, book and organise lunch for delegates, maintain Kia Academy training car fleet lists, liaise with Nottingham apprenticeship team, maintain the room bookings and support on-site requirements for stationery, PPE etc. We would also be looking for strong IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, to enable you to action and respond to Kia Academy mailbox enquiries within agreed parameters as you support Kia Academy LMS users by troubleshooting reported problems, diagnose hardware/software issues, trend analysis and problem management.

We are seeking a highly organised individual who is able to manage their own workload, keep to deadlines whilst also being able to communicate effectively with training delegates, the Kia dealer network and Kia Head Office. Ideal candidates will have experience of working in a busy office environment where they are required to work upon their own initiative.
