Westminster Kingsway College are looking for industry professionals to help deliver on our new and exciting Mayor Academies. The Mayor Academies are part of the London recovery programme to get Londoners back into meaningful employment. We are looking for highly skilled industry professionals to help design and deliver the curriculum for these courses.

About the role:

We are looking for talented and enthusiastic Digital Bootcamp Trainers in Network Fundamentals to join their team. Your purpose will be to devise and teach an online short course in network fundamentals. You will devise and deliver the core skills in network fundamentals. The course will teach network infrastructures for intranet, extranet, LANs, WANs, wireless networking, and network topologies; network hardware like switches, routers, and media types; and protocols and services like OSI Model, IPv4, IPv6, networking services, and TCP/IP. The course aims to prepare learners for direct employment. This short course will be delivered as part of our Digital Mayor’s Academy as part of the London recovery plan.

About you:

You will:

• Have a passion for teaching with strong knowledge of Microsoft Security. 

• Have strong attention to detail. 

• Be able to devise engaging and creative lesson plans. 

• Have strong communication skills. 

• Be confident and detailed in liaising with other bodies within the college
