We are looking to appoint an Advanced Practitioner to take a lead role in promoting excellence in teaching, learning and assessment across the organisation and drive forward quality improvements across the curriculum. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an innovative and forward-thinking team, working towards creating a culture of excellence, placing pedagogy, teaching, learning and assessment at the core of everything we do.

The successful candidates will promote and implement a range of teaching and learning initiatives to develop practices across the curriculum, including embedding a new coaching and mentoring model, leading on teaching and learning projects, sharing best practice and developing and delivering training to teachers and trainers. The roll will include a 0.4 teaching commitment.

We are keen to find ambitious teachers who are passionate about the Quality of Education in the Further Education sector, who have a proven track record of delivering excellence in teaching, learning and assessment who put students at the heart of everything they do and want to make a difference.
