Level 3 Apprenticeship Rates:

(Under 18yrs) £5.11 per hour or £9,858

(18yrs to 20yrs) £7.13 per hour or £13,755

(21yrs to 22yrs) £9.48 per hour or £18,289

(23+yrs) £9.50 per hour or £18,328

WHAT WE DO 

The Events, Enterprise and Employability Department are a student lead department with courses ranging from Level 1 to Level 3. All of the courses are focused around practical skills building and learning for the students so that they feel fully prepared when leaving college. We are looking for someone to join the department as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice to work alongside the Attendance, Data and Outreach Officer with tracking student attendance, report writing and many other department administration tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Tracking and monitoring attendance of our learners
• Assist with the marketing, interview process and enrolment of courses within the department
• Maintain and organise a bank of resources specifically targeting Employability and Enterprise skills that can be utilised by the Pastoral & Curriculum team for their delivery.
• You will be supporting with the department's student attendance tracking which involves phoning both students and carers on a daily basis.

YOUR PROFILE 

Our team is a tight-knit department and are looking for someone to fit in well so teamwork and communication skills are key to this role. 

We would like someone with an interest to learning new skills and is not afraid to get stuck into any tasks.
