Perth College UHI is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.

The campus is set in over 10 hectares of open woodland and green space in the centre of the city of Perth.

The main campus comprises the Brahan and Goodlyburn Buildings, our two main teaching facilities, the Webster Building which contains the student association, the Centre for Mountain Studies and The Academy of Sport and Wellbeing providing state of the  art facilities and accommodating sports, leisure, hair and beauty areas. There is a separate Nursery Building which is located alongside the Student Residences.

As part of the College’s largest support functions, this newly created role will be responsible for the operational management of all Estates activities, including campus security, cleaning, caretaking, maintenance and minor works. You will contract manage and oversee all works carried out on campus, manage operational budgets and play a key role in developing and implementing sustainability plans in line with Scottish Government Targets. You will work alongside the Head of Estates in developing the Estates Strategy and operational plans and deputise for the Head of Estates as and when required.
