WHAT WE DO

We are passionate about Food! We have a Restaurant with deli counter and bar We provide high quality food and dining experience to external and internal customers. We offer Private dining We have bimonthly Theme evenings- to test your skills and enhance your knowledge We serve Breakfast and lunch Modern British food with international influences We strive for excellence! We provide a fantastic food service in a fabulous establishment We always go the extra mile for our customers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• You will be part of a dynamic team who help run the catering provision around the campuses
• You will be involved in food preparation
• Building up your food & drink knowledge 
• Delivering excellent customer service to our customers
• Full training and support will be provided throughout your apprenticeship

WHAT WE REQUIRE FROM YOU

• You must be enthusiastic and willing to learn
• Have good time keeping
• Good organisation skills
• A willingness to help others around you and within your team
• Be passionate about Food & Drink and delivering amazing customer service
