Additional Learning Support & Foundation - Administrator
We have a great opportunity based at our Kettering campus for a Additional Learning Support & Foundation - Administrator to become a key member of our Additional Support department.
As a Additional Learning Support & Foundation - Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:
- Managing the Additional Learning support claim, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data
- Ensuring that processes for High Needs Students are followed and in place to enable the college to fulfil its statutory duties in relation to students with Special Educational Needs
- Undertaking a range of processes to support the management of annual reviews and Exam Access Arrangements to support students with additional needs.
Our ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience of working effectively in a customer focussed environment and at least three years’ experience of successfully undertaking administration within the area of Additional Learning Support area, alongside the following qualifications:
- English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A-C or equivalent or willingness to achieve English and mathematics Level 2 within one year
- L3 Business Administration (or similar).

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services
- 18.5 hours per week (0.5 FTE) / 52 weeks per year
- 27 days per annum (plus public holidays), pro rata for part-time
