Lecturer in Business

We have an exciting opportunity for an engaging, innovative and enthusiastic Lecturer to teach across our level 1-3 BTEC Business programmes and new T level course to our full-time business students. You will teach and assess across units to our learners and when required cover lessons. The successful candidate will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed through the delivery of high quality and challenging learning experiences. Progress will be monitored to ensure target grades are met and all learners achieve to the best of their ability. Experience in an appropriate vocational industry setting or background is essential, as is a relevant degree or equivalent. 

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and organisational skills and work effectively in a large cross-curricular team. You will possess excellent planning and administration skills and be able to work to deadlines. A knowledge of a range of teaching methodologies is essential.
