Centre Receptionist

We have a two great opportunities based at our Wellingborough campus for a Centre Receptionist to become a key member of our Centre Administration department.

As a Centre Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our students through:

  • Providing a high quality, professional front of house service, ensuring that the College’s standards of service are met through the effective processing of customers and visitors.
  • Supporting the Centre Administration Team with administrative duties as identified by the Executive Assistant and Group Head of Administration.

Our ideal candidates will have experience of experience of working in a customer service environment and experience of dealing with customers, face-to- face and on the telephone, alongside the following qualifications:

  • English and mathematics or similar at GCSE grade A*-C/9-4 or equivalent.

Contract Type – Bedford College Professional Services

  • 37 hours per week (0.89696 FTE) / 40 weeks per year
  • Working Pattern 1: Monday - Friday, 0800 - 1630
  • Working Pattern 2: Monday and Wednesday 1030 - 1900, Tuesday and Thursday 0900 - 1730, Friday 0900 - 1630
