Role:
Working within the Apprenticeship Services Team alongside some great colleagues, you will deliver great and efficient service to the future talent in your caseload
In this fast-paced environment, you will ensure that you deliver the best in customer service, helping develop and prepare candidates for , job trails interviews and apprenticeships.
Working collaboratively with your candidate, you will make sure that they are on the right path for their career choice, matching their skill sets and ambition to the correct vacancy.
Your duties will include
- Screening candidates and matching them to appropriate vacancies
- Holding CV workshops and helping produce effective CV’s
- Preparing candidates for interview
- Liaising with the future employer to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding of your candidate
- Occasionally attend trade fairs, careers event as well as school and partner events.
- With your acquired IT skills, you will keep up to date records, track applicants and vacancy templates
- A knowledge of work experience placements and apprenticeships would be an advantage but not essential.
