Quality Improvement Analyst - Higher Education
We are looking to appoint a highly motivated and creative individual who is passionate about leading change to enhance outcomes and experiences for students. This is a key role in developing a high-quality provision for students and transforming their lives.
The Quality Improvement Analyst will lead in shaping core higher education quality processes, ensuring a robust system of quality improvement is established relating to the annual quality cycle including self-assessment and curriculum development activity. They will be responsible for providing guidance to curriculum staff to enable them to asses their performance against core quality metrics and will work with other Quality Improvement Analysts and Advocates to analyse data, identify risk and propose improvement solutions to enhance the quality of student outcomes and experiences.
You will have:
- A degree or equivalent experience Experience of higher education quality processes Experience of working with a wide range of people at different levels within an organisation Evidence of having developed and implemented system/process improvements High level of interpersonal communication skills, both written and oral, using a ‘stakeholder-centred’ approach Ability to compile statistical information and produce reports
