Teacher/Lecturer in A Level Physics

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, dynamic and committed teacher of Physics to teach on our A level programme. It is an exciting time to join the College and we are looking for an exceptional individual to join our distinctive educational setting.
You will deliver inspiring teaching and learning to ensure all students are supported to succeed in Physics. You will prepare and plan innovative and effective lessons, monitor the performance of students against Alps target grades and provide effective intervention strategies to ensure the success of all students. You may also be required to contribute to the teaching of the physics content in BTEC Applied Science at Level 3.
Ideally, you will have relevant, successful experience of teaching both years of A Level Physics. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to motivate students with varied teaching and learning strategies. You should demonstrate outstanding practice regarding teaching and learning. A relevant degree (or equivalent) and a teaching qualification are essential requirements for this post. Exceptional applicants without a teaching qualification will still be considered if they have a willingness to complete a teaching qualification alongside teaching.
