Business Change & Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Business Performance, Improvement and Customer Care (BPICC) team within the CU Group.
As the Business Change and Project Manager, you will work closely with the BPICC team, implementing and driving necessary changes for continuous business improvement. This is an integral role that will enable CU to perform to its optimum whilst widening the scope to ensure the best customer experience is delivered to all of our stakeholders.
You will be responsible for managing and delivering major change projects across CU and the wider Coventry University Group from inception through to completion. You will also be required to guide and support departments across the Group on the delivery of their own changes and improvement initiatives. You will have outstanding project and change management skills, the ability to gain and maintain stakeholder buy-in, and be a resilient and innovative individual with excellent IT, communication and influencing skills.
You should have a track record of successfully delivering business change and improvement projects, with sound knowledge of project management, organisational change and continuous improvement, along with the associated tools and techniques.
You will be expected to work 36.5 hours per week and this will include some evenings and Saturdays. This role will work across all campuses within the CU Group.
