In the role of Trainer Assessor you’ll predominantly be based at the Waterfront Campus and your focus will be on delivery and assessing of apprenticeships in AAT, Business Management and Business Administration.

Your key responsibilities will be ensuring all apprentices you are responsible for are fully supported and are aware of their targets associated with their apprenticeship.  Ensure employers and apprentices are engaged and have a full understanding of their apprenticeship requirements.  Manage the workshop sessions for delivery to the apprentices.

Ideally, you’ll have A1 and V1 or D32/D33/D34, , Business Management or Finance qualification (or be able to prove equivalent ability) and demonstrable experience in delivery of apprenticeships in AAT and Business Management.  It’s important that you’re able to communicate effectively, engage with young people and their employers and demonstrate our College values of Kindness, Unity and Excellence in your role.
