Coventry University require a new full time/part time member of staff with expertise in anatomy & physiology, healthcare, chemistry, and nutrition. The successful individual will deliver on both Health & Human Science and Nursing diplomas. The successful individual will share the passion for high quality education, to be part of their team and support students in attaining excellent achievements.
Applicants should hold a good relevant first degree. A Masters or equivalent industrial experience in Healthcare or a similar discipline is also desirable. The successful candidate will substantially contribute to teaching, developing curriculum, assessing, moderating and support students ensuring that students have an effective learning experience. The individual will also have experience and be familiar with Ofsted’s inspection framework and processes. Previous experience of delivering on an Access course or on a Level 3 qualification or higher would be desirable.
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter and able to communicate with students, tutors and academia at all levels.
Tutors are sought for courses that run during the day face to face as well as online teaching environments. You will also provide support to senior academics for module delivery and assessment as well as Outreach activities and Open Days.
