The Coventry University Group offers a wide range of courses and a style of education which is flexible and designed to fit around our students’ busy lives. Our commitment to providing the best for our students doesn’t stop with them, it starts with our people.

With sites in Coventry, Scarborough, London and Poland, they are looking for individuals who can be part of their Registry Team supporting multiple stakeholders across all locations. The post holders can be based at either the CU Coventry, CU Scarborough or CU London locations.

Coventry University Group are looking for administrators to join them in the Registry team. They live and breathe a passion for supporting CU Group on all matters concerning student and course support. They work hand-in-hand with the academic colleagues and the students, ensuring their academic journeys are excellent in every respect – from their first enrolment right through to graduation.

They’re not just looking for the ordinary; they need people who are  enthusiastic and have a passion for accuracy, professionalism, and excellent customer service. You will be working in a fast-paced department and will be trained on University procedures and regulations, and in the best ways to support staff and students.

You will need to be:

A team player: You're flexible in outlook and will pitch-in to support your colleagues with ideas and support, and you’re willing to teach, learn, lead, and follow.

Customer-focused: You understand your impact on a customer’s experience because you’ve been in their shoes; you listen closely, understand their needs, and go above-and-beyond to create the best possible experience.

A clear communicator: Concise and articulate, you can get your point across positively and professionally, both in writing and in conversation. You understand the need to tailor your communications to the situation, and to be mindful of the rich cultural diversity of the university.

Tech ‘savvy’: You’ll be comfortable with the MS Office suite, know your way around a Word document and spreadsheet, and keen to become an expert in our business systems.
