Our Enquiries, Advice and Guidance team is the first point of reference for everyone who comes into contact with Plumpton College and we are now seeking an exceptional Enquiries, Advice and Guidance Advisor to provide first class customer service.  As part of the team you will be responding to all general queries that come into the college from students, parents, schools and the general public. You will also provide high quality information and advice on our broad range of study programmes, part-time courses and Degrees. Delivering a professional, efficient and friendly response to customers and clients, you will deal with enquiries by telephone, email, in person or in writing.  The candidate will also need to be able to process data quickly and effectively and have an eye for detail.  Building internal relationships across the college is also integral to this role.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in working in a high volume customer service environment and will have a customer focused approach, demonstrating excellent communication, organisational and decision making skills. You will be a professional, committed and confident team player with a flexible approach.  You will also have the ability to be able to work across multiple databases and systems.
