An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Apprenticeship Delivery team. You will be responsible for effectively managing the day to day administrative duties of running a distance learning centre.
To be considered for this position, you will be a skilled Administrator with excellent communication skills. You will be highly organised, an active team player but capable of working on your own initiative and managing your own workload. You will have a wide range of experience using Microsoft Office, databases and systems.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, with the ability to make accurate records with fast and accurate keyboard skills.
You will be able to initiate and adopt new ideas quickly, and organise others. Experience of handling and working with confidential and sensitive information, and the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines is essential.
Applicants will be educated to Level 2 minimum in maths and English (GCSE Grade C or above, GCSE Grade 4 or above, or equivalent) with minimum Level 2 in IT and/or have experience of using Microsoft packages.
