The College is excited to be launching a new Apprenticeships provision and we are looking to add to our current quality team to ensure we have a focus on delivering a high quality provision in this key area.

You will work closely with the Head of Apprenticeships to organise and co-ordinate a range of apprenticeship provision in line with Moulton College’s strategic priorities. You will ensure that the apprenticeship provision is of robust quality aligned to the College's Quality Assurance Framework and Common Inspection Framework and meets the guidelines of ESFA funding rules. You will liaise with Employers and the College’s finance team ensuring that the Apprenticeship Employer Accounts are managed appropriately. In addition, you will provide support and guidance to Heads of School, Curriculum Coordinators, tutors and assessors/trainers to oversee apprenticeship delivery and tracking to ensure consistency, compliance, performance and quality in partnership with curriculum areas. You will work collaboratively with relevant curriculum leads to plan, develop and co-ordinate a range of courses to ensure that the offer meets local employer needs and national agendas.

You will have good numeracy and literacy skills (at grade C or better at GCSE or equivalent) and hold a degree. You will have current experience of working on a good or better apprenticeship provision and ideally this will include some exposure to landbased subjects (e.g. construction, animal welfare, sport and agriculture) but this is not essential. You will be adept at interpreting and understanding key guidance and requirements and converting these into effective internal practices that support a first class provision. You will enjoy working with a variety of data and monitoring metrics to evidence performance. You will have strong IT skills and be able to present complex data effectively. You will be able to influence others and have a positive can-do approach.

There are too many benefits to working at Moulton College to include them all. Aside from the location (Moulton is located in the heart of the Northamptonshire countryside covering over 450 hectares, with a further 170 hectares rented as grazing for our livestock), Moulton College boasts a dedicated, skilled and experienced staff team and an aspirational student body. As a valued employee at Moulton College, you will have access to:

  • Local Government Pension Scheme
  • High street discounts
  • Generous holiday entitlement
  • Healthcare cash plan
  • On site gym
  • Discounted nursery fees
  • Free onsite parking
