Business Development Support Administrator

Based at North Lindsey College, and Doncaster College, an exciting opportunity, for enthusiastic individuals, has arisen for a business administrator.

You will liaise with employers and Business Development Officers on all vacancies and assist with the digital account

You will be required to assist in the day-to-day administrative support within a vibrant FE College. The duties expected to be carried out in this role include:

  • Producing documents as required
  • Undertakes a range of general administrative tasks
  • Recording appointments
  • Keeps records
  • Undertakes Reception duties
  • Inputting data onto computerised systems
  • Taking messages and dealing with telephone queries

The ideal candidate should have GCSE grade C or above in English and Maths or equivalent qualifications, together with two other GCSEs grade C or above and or equivalent qualifications.

All employees must be willing to apply for DBS clearance.
