The Role:

Reporting to the Data Services Manager the role will be responsible for:

  • Develop and maintain a good up-to-date understanding and working knowledge of the curriculum offered within college.
  • To actively support and participate in cross college activities e.g. Enrolment, Open Days
  • Assist in the provision of an all year round enrolment service including in any outreach and telephone enrolments.
  • Check all course information is up to date on colleges systems
  • Carry out compliance processes with regards to international students and  assessing eligibility in line with legislation

The profile and experiences of a successful candidate are:

  • A highly motivated and diverse individual who can work at pace and under pressure.
  • A high level of computer literacy, with experience of producing management information, report and external data returns.
  • Experience of and ability to continually work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
  • The ability to adapt to changing working patterns, ensuring the provision of a flexible service.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to converse at a senior level.
