The Role: 

To support the Exams Department in the general administration of the area, including creating letters and setting up filing systems.

To process all certificates received from examining bodies, ordering reprints and request corrections to certificates when necessary.

To deal with routine enquiries and correspondence from students and colleagues via the telephone, written correspondence and in person.

To ensure effective quality control and continuous improvement in all aspects of the work and responsibilities of the post.
